Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Leading Dental & Medical Supplier Company. Our client is seeking for Head of Online Marketing position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Drive the growth of the e-commerce platform, aiming for profitability and increased market share.
  • Oversee online sales performance, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and sales KPIs.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional plans, and discount policies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across various channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Oversee content creation for product listings, landing pages, and promotional materials to ensure brand consistency and high-quality user experience.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience on the e-commerce platform, including site design, functionality, navigation, and checkout processes.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.) to track and report on performance metrics, including traffic, sales, conversion rates, and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on sales and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing online sales channels.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, etc.).
