Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of managed technical services and cloud operations with significant operations in the USA and the Philippines.


Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Recruitment is a pivotal role responsible for spearheading the strategic recruitment initiatives that support our rapid expansion. The successful candidate will lead efforts to meet substantial quarterly and annual hiring targets in a primarily onsite environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning and Execution: Design and execute a targeted recruitment plan to meet the company's growth objectives, specifically hiring 60 software engineers each in Q2, Q3, and Q4 to support expansion efforts.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and oversee the recruitment team, enhancing their capabilities and motivation to meet quarterly hiring targets. Focus on professional development and strategic team growth.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization: Refine the recruitment framework to boost operational efficiency, elevate the candidate experience, and ensure alignment with company culture and technical requirements.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Apply quantitative metrics to drive hiring decisions, focusing on improving employee retention and streamlining the onboarding process.
  • Employer Branding: Elevate company's employer brand to attract premium talent by positioning the company as a leading choice for career development in the competitive technology marketplace.
