Our esteemed client is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join their team in Bangkok. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to lead the development and implementation of high-impact sales strategies, foster strategic relationships, and drive growth in the SME finance sector.

The Head of Sales will play a critical role defining and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets while aligning with the company's risk appetite and pricing objectives. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, leading presentations to key stakeholders, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role will also involve close collaboration with Marketing and PR teams to penetrate key markets, overseeing the development of sales policies, and fostering strategic partnerships. Additionally, the Head of Sales will work to enhance market insights and leverage industry changes for business growth, ensuring the organization remains competitive and responsive to evolving market demands.


Job Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets and meet risk and pricing guidelines.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, lead presentations, and maintain effective communication with key business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to target and capture key markets.
  • Develop sales and distribution policies that align with organizational goals, ensuring both new business acquisition and client retention.
  • Lead the Sales team in creating client proposals focused on revenue growth and satisfaction.
  • Foster partnerships to support revenue objectives and influence premier industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry changes and leverage opportunities for business expansion.
  • Set objectives for sales volume, market share, and distribution to support promotions and sponsorships.
  • Provide strategic input on sales incentives and performance metrics, customer proposals, and bid documents.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in SME Lending or A/P & A/R Financing, with extensive experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and derive insights.
  • Expertise in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Proven sales management background, including strategy development, planning, and performance analysis.
  • Team management experience with a focus on coaching and professional growth.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Thai and English.
