Monroe Consulting Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Marketing Director for one of our clients, A fast-growing multinational company in the skincare & beauty industry. As the Marketing Director, you will lead the overall marketing strategy for their skincare brand, driving both online and offline initiatives to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and accelerate business growth. This role will require a strong understanding of digital platforms, market trends, and consumer behavior in the skincare industry, along with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels to drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Lead social media marketing across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
  • Develop content strategies and optimize digital campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Oversee content creation in collaboration with Product Heads, ensuring alignment with brand identity and audience appeal.
  • Strengthen brand positioning through customer engagement, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute offline strategies such as events, pop-ups, and retail activations that complement digital efforts.
  • Monitor skincare market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track KPIs to optimize performance and ROI.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and brand-building (skincare industry preferred).
  • Proven success in executing data-driven campaigns and growing brands.
  • Strong leadership, content creation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with skincare trends and digital platforms.
  • Ability to manage budgets and KPIs effectively.
