Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, is hiring a Partnership Manager for a Financial Technology (AI) company. This role involves utilizing the company's resources and capabilities in collaboration with external partners to broaden their reach or introduce new products and services. Responsibilities include managing these partnerships by identifying potential partners, negotiating partnership terms, monitoring performance, and ensuring both parties fulfill their contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within Telcos.
  • Collaborate with both Telco and internal teams to track and report key metrics of partnership success, business development, and project implementation.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities that leverage company strengths to address Telco pain points and growth goals.
  • Coordinate and respond to Telco "Requests for Information/Proposal" to advance company interests.
  • Work with external partners to create new business opportunities in existing or new markets.
  • Identify potential partners based on business needs and goals.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefit and compliance.
  • Establish new business relationships with potential partners for mutual gain.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management.
  • Experience working with Telcos and understanding their operations is a significant advantage.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with proven references.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into actions.
  • Good understanding of the fintech ecosystem, technology, and financial markets, especially in emerging markets.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Relevant experience in consumer lending or e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
  • Initiative and ability to build strong, productive relationships.
  • Strong understanding of business, marketing, and communication skills.
