Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities for Transformers/switchgear in Power Plants, Electrical Cooperatives, and Industrial Plants, while maintaining excellent relationships with customers in the Philippines.
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth, sales targets, and profit margins.
  • Conduct competitor analysis concerning FESP's business in the territory.
  • Generate new sales leads in the market with end-users and establish strong relationships with consultants and contractors.
  • Actively participate in commercial and technical discussions with customers, supported by FESP partners. Gather customer requirements and coordinate with the factory on customer needs. Propose solutions to prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for Management review.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the President and the Senior Sales Manager.

Education:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical qualifications.


Work Experience:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Transformers/Switchgears and other industrial automation products and systems.
  • Minimum of 10 years related work experience in the same industry, with a minimum of 5 years in sales (excluding after-sales roles).
  • Proven sales track record in the Industrial Plant Sales business environment.
  • Preference for candidates with MNC experience.
  • Preference for candidates with site work experience (e.g., Electrical work, testing and commissioning, project management, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Good contacts and a network of prospective customers/distributors/consultants/contractors in the Philippines.
  • Stay updated on industrial market trends.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, self-driven, and a team player with leadership ability.
  • Strong customer focus and results-oriented.
  • Resourceful with the ability to work with people of diverse cultures and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mobility:

  • The role is based in the Philippines.
  • Estimated 80% domestic travel.
