Our client pioneers' cutting-edge solutions utilized by enterprises to ensure the safe, efficient, and sustainable delivery of life essentials such as energy, infrastructure, and chemicals.

As the Principal Presales Consultant - Optimization, your role is to leverage critical solution, technical, and industry knowledge to generate and develop new sales opportunities. You will play a key part in delivering customer value, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer trust. As an integral team member, you will significantly contribute to regional business growth through exceptional consultancy and technical support. Close collaboration with sales, product management, development, marketing, and customer support is essential for success.


Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate sales growth for the company by qualifying leads and driving revenue.
  • Contribute to the planning, creation, development, and delivery of demonstrations showcasing the value of our solutions.
  • Engage with prospects to comprehend specific needs and contribute to developing suitable technical solutions.
  • Conduct value consulting workshops and proofs of value with partners and customers.
  • Cultivate customer relationships, devise business plans to create opportunities, and enhance product sales.
  • Provide support for customer inquiries regarding product selection and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors for intricate solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience in solution selling, business development, or customer value creation with experience in process simulation/optimization within oil and gas refinery and petrochemical sectors a bonus.
  • Knowledgeable with hands-on experience in real-time optimization and/or simulation software.
  • Strong automation and information technology skills with in-depth knowledge of software.
  • Capable of effectively managing multiple, potentially competing commitments simultaneously.
  • Proven expertise in customer-facing roles and presenting complex technical solutions.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
