Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale transformation projects within the hospital industry.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
- Collaborate with senior management, hospital leadership, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and drive project alignment.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support project success and stakeholder adoption.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that new processes and systems are effectively integrated into existing workflows.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Conduct regular project audits and reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the management consulting firm.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex transformation projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
