Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational snacks manufacturing in Indonesia. As the company continues to grow, our client is seeking a professional with a strong experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety, especially in food and beverages manufacturing. The job is based in Cikarang, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Manage quality systems agenda, coordinate and monitor all the required food safety procedures, programs, and work instructions in all plants and supply chain operations in full compliance with PEP food safety standards by acting as document control for all Q&FS/SC/OPS departments systems documentation.
- Manage food safety and compliance audits, including FSSC 22000, HACCP, AIB, QAS and regulatory actiivities involving BPOM and Halal. Including working with FS FLM for internal audit for AIB self inspection and internal audit activities.
- Responsible for the hygiene activity in the plant inclusve of PEM, Cleaning and santitation verification, and personnel hygiene verification)
- Responsible for Allergen management system by ensuring Allegren program establsihed is being sdhered by all department. Work with R&D for any new initiative by ensuring all risk of allergen is address by updating the allergen matrix and HACCP risk assessment.
- Responsible for IPM (Integrated Pest Management) program by working with the engaged Pest Control Provider for continuous compliance and improvement.
- Responsible for products traceability and recall management systems (supervise the implementation of the product recall system, perform mock recalls to assure system compliance)
- Lead the investigation of market complaints, work with the QC team and production - feed-back to sales & help in customer/consumer response. Escalate shall necessary as per crisis management guideline
- Co-operate with R&D region team, Procurement to verify suppliers in order to develop new materials by leading the risk assessment and HACCP, new suppliers via SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance program)
- Build capability of overall plant team by coordinating internal and external training related to Quality & Food Safety.
- In charge for the incoming and release management of all RM and PM
- Champion the change management process by leading the food safety risk assessmnet for changes applied to process, equipment and/or procedure.
- Control cost as OPEX, CAPEX as planned
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory role in Food manufacturing backgorund
- Experienced in FSSC 22000, lead auditor certified is an advantage.
- Experienced in Halal and CPPOB
- Experienced in HACCP
- Familiar with AIB is an advantage
- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholder in crossfunction.
- Experience in analyzing trend data, risk assessment, troubleshooting tools (RCA, Cause effec analysis etc)
