Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational snacks manufacturing in Indonesia. As the company continues to grow, our client is seeking a professional with a strong experience in Environment, Health, and Safety, especially in food and beverages manufacturing. The job is based in Cikarang, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct EHS trainings and orientation to all new employees
- Ensure workplace incident are reported to the line manager within the timeline in accordance EHS guidelines
- Conduct EHS training, and drills are implemented as part of the company's training and EHS program
- Attend risk assessment meetings, ensure risk assessment comply with all EHS aspect.
- Ensure work permit are implemented in accordance to EHS guidelines implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are achieved
Qualifications
- 2-4 Years in EHS from FMCG, oil & gas, or manufacturing.
- Minimum hold Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, or Any Engineering Major
