The Research and Development Specialist is responsible for providing support in the implementation of the research and development activities within the company for the Lab Category assigned. This role involves conducting research, developing new products, and improving existing products. Reports directly with the R&D Manager and or R&D Managing Consultant and works closely with the entire R&D team. Collaborates with Sales and Marketing, QA, and Technical Center.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, and other related fields
- Professionals with minimum of 6 years in related field
- Experience within the food solutions industry is an advantage
