Our client is seeking a techno-commercial professional with at least 3 years of experience in a B2B environment.
Job Summary:
- The selected candidate will be focusing on sales of product verification and compliance services including but not limited to Electrical Safety testing, Environmental Testing, Electromagnetic Compatibility Testing, Biological, Chemical, Lot Release Testing, and Functional Safety Testing within the Industrial Energy Product and Consumer Product Business Units.
Job Description:
- Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for diverse range of Testing and Certification services.
- Responsible for developing go-to-market strategy and tactics to achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography.
- Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability.
- Responsible for customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team in Malaysia team to drive and support lead generation initiatives.
- Ensure prompt and accurate generation of quotations for inquiries.
- Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with the clients, prospects and partners through regular customer visits as well as timely address of customers' enquiries, feedback and comments.
Key Job Requirements Include:
- Minimum a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with at least 2-3 years of sales experience in B2B environment preferably gained in an international organization.
- Experience and knowledge in either Industrial or Cables, Switchgear & Accessories, Machinery, Electrical or Electronics industries.
- Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and management of major accounts for growth.
- Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills.
- Target-driven personality but with high level of diplomacy to influence management and decision makers.
- Meticulous, resourceful and fast learner.
