Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, identifying potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Client Acquisition - Identify and reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Customer Service - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Job Requirements:
- Education - Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Customer Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience may also be considered.
- Experience - Minimum of three years of experience in a sales-focused role.
- Skills - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Industry Experience - Experience in B2B consultative sales, particularly within industries that prioritize service quality, such as retail.
- Technical Proficiency - Proficiency in business writing, presentations, and Microsoft Office applications.
