Executive recruitment search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading Indonesian FMCG company renowned for its popular food brands. They are seeking a Senior Brand Manager who will be responsible for building and promoting the brand to meet objectives through effective strategies and innovative marketing programs. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to design and execute campaigns across various channels such as television, radio, print, digital media, and social platforms. The role will be reporting onsite Mon to Fri in Pasig City, Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manages Marketing Action Proposals (MAP), coordinates with various teams, briefs agencies, and aligns outputs with management.
  • Brand Planning: Reviews brand performance, identifies issues, formulates strategies, and develops launch plans for new products.
  • Budget Management: Proposes annual brand budget and monitors monthly expenditures.
  • Research: Coordinates research efforts, attends focus group discussions, and recommends actions based on findings.
  • Crisis Management: Collaborates with regulatory and legal teams to address consumer complaints.
  • Global Coordination: Aligns with global marketing on various aspects such as POSMs, TV commercials, research, and product development.
  • Reporting: Prepares and presents quarterly, monthly, and weekly business reviews and performance analyses.
  • Demand Planning: Analyzes program performance and decides on brand forecasts.
  • People Management: Provides mentorship and strategic guidance to junior team members.

Key job qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent brand management and marketing strategy knowledge
  • Strong business acumen and market research skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
