Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Industrial Division is exclusively partnered with a growing organization who is well established in the field of food & beverage services. They are currently on the lookout for a Senior Finance Manager/Financial Controller (F&B) to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure smooth daily finance operations of the finance team: payments, bookkeeping, financial accounting, management accounting and cash flow planning
- Own the financial reporting, monthly financial statements and management accounts (consolidated and per country) incl. PnL, BS, ad CF statements
- Ensure monthly / yearly reconciliation, consolidation and closing of accounts and compliance with statutory audit & tax requirements
- Manage annual audit process
Job Requirements:
- At least 5+ years experience in Accounting, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Audit or similar functions with hands-on experience in daily finance operations
- Strong organizational skills & readiness to be hands-on to get things done independently
- Experienced in financial analysis, accounting principles, financial forecasting, and reporting
- Experience with daily finance operations, monthly closing and annual audit process
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excited about growing a startup and able to adapt to a fast pace environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Professional certification such as ACCA, ICAEW, or CPA, a plus
- Preferably available to start immediately / on short notice
- (F&B experience is a bonus but not mandatory)
