Our respected client is seeking for a Senior Manufacturing Manager will oversee the Manufacturing Process Engineering Group and Maintenance Main Line Engineering team, ensuring efficient and effective production operations. This position will report in Rosario Cavite, Philippines.
Job Summary:
The Senior Manufacturing Manager will oversee the Manufacturing Process Engineering Group and Maintenance Main Line Engineering team, ensuring efficient and effective production operations. This role is responsible for leading process improvements, maintaining equipment reliability, optimizing manufacturing workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met in terms of quality, cost, and delivery, while also supporting a culture of safety, innovation, and operational excellence.
Main responsibilities:
- Manages the Manufacturing Engineering to support mass production build and ensure minimal process engineering downtime during operation
- Manages the NPI Manufacturing Engineering to support the development of Process and Assembly development, Process Qualification, Fixture and tooling's Development and Qualification
- Ensure that the Manufacturing Engineering group to provide immediate corrective actions on any process related opportunity and delivers preventative plan
- Ensure that the Preventative Maintenance of all Manufacturing Engineering Tools/ Equipment of the factory and it is keeping all records.
- Ensure to maintain a safe environment and raise immediately any hazard.
- Compliance on all Quality Elements in Manufacturing
Qualifications:
- Education/Degree(s) Graduate of any Engineering degree
- With Certifications and License
- Highly Experience in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (SMT/Wave) and System Build
- Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Product life Cycle
- Good mentoring Skills for Continuous Improvement focus on productivity and Lean Manufacturing
- Advantage of experience in SMART Manufacturing
