Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, an executive recruitment firm, is representing a client that specializes in providing fast and efficient cargo transportation services, including air, sea, and land freight forwarding. They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the logistics or cargo industry. The ideal candidate should have strong customer relationship management skills and experience leading a sales team. This position is based in Parañaque City, with a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager will lead and drive the company's sales efforts within the logistics and cargo industry. This role is focused on developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee a sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the organizational sales plan, covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing targeted cargo strategies.
  • Analyze and report on market conditions and trends to gain a competitive edge.
  • Manage daily interactions with key account agents and shippers to generate revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide customer-centric solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the airlines/airfreight market.
  • Exhibit excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Set and monitor individual sales targets within the sales team.
  • Track sales performance and report results as needed.
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads.
  • Promote the organization and its products effectively.
  • Understand the ideal customer profile and how it aligns with the company's products.

Key job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a manager.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Well-organized and process-oriented, with a focus on results.
  • Must be willing to work in Parañaque City.
