We are seeking a SuccessFactors EC Benefits Specialist to join a globally renowned professional services firm. The successful candidate will manage and enhance benefits administration processes within the SuccessFactors Employee Central module, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with company policies and global standards.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage the SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits module to meet organizational requirements.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration of benefits systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to benefits, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain benefits-related documentation, including process guidelines and system user guides.
- Prepare and analyze benefits reports to provide insights for decision-making and compliance tracking.
- Stay updated on trends and updates in SuccessFactors EC Benefits and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits, with a strong understanding of benefits administration processes.
- Knowledge of local and international benefits regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- SAP certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits is a plus.
