Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the medical equipment companies expanding to the Philippines for a Service Engineer. The position will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting diagnostic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The role will directly report to the Country Manager and dotted line to Service Manager. Work setup is field work and office, Mondays to Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure IVD instruments at customer sites/ distributors.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer relationships.
Key job qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Experience with IVD equipment is a must
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed
- Open to work setup that is field work and office, Mondays to Fridays
