The Senior Manager Finance & Accounting will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy of the company. The ideal candidate will serve as a strong commercial business partner while ensuring robust financial management and accounting practices. This role requires a deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, and accounting, coupled with the ability to support business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Financial Management and Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Accounting and Compliance:
- Oversee the accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Coordinate and manage audits, ensuring all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Business Partnership:
- Act as a financial advisor to the management team, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business performance and achieve operational efficiencies.
- Support commercial activities by evaluating financial implications of new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and investments.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in a fast-growing company, preferably within the healthcare or services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
