Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Beauty & Wellness Clinic Company. Our client is seeking for Sr Manager Partnership and Collaboration position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships and collaborations.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential partners (healthcare providers, technology companies, research institutions, community organizations).
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to integrate partnership activities.
- Oversee the execution of partnership initiatives.
- Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships through regular communication.
- Track and evaluate the performance of partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance partnership strategies.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather input and foster support for initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field, Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Superior relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
