Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading multinational nutrition company that is based from the Malaysia. They're in search of dynamic individual to join their force as a Senior Software Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new software applications while modifying existing systems to meet changing business needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, system design, and testing to guarantee application functionality, efficiency, and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement, offer actionable recommendations, and implement solutions to streamline business operations and boost productivity.
- Lead and participate in system implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, assess technology needs, and deploy suitable IT solutions.
- Create, update, and maintain documentation for application systems, including user manuals and technical specifications.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in IT systems development, analysis, and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript and HTML, as well as database management using SQL.
- Practical experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteScript is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in implementing ERP systems within the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent project management, system implementation, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of achieving results.
