Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting for a prominent technology and consulting firm, renowned as a technological partner for core business processes globally. We are seeking a Technical Architect Lead for Robotics, responsible for a client-facing role, involvement in technical architecture, and leading a development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • For Digital Channel - Lead and oversee technical aspects of Digital Channels projects, covering Front-End, Mobile, and Web Portals, with a comprehensive understanding of Back-End architecture and integration.
  • For Robotics - Lead and oversee technical aspects of Robotics projects.
  • Manage and provide leadership for a team of 20-30 resources within the Digital Channel team.
  • Prepare pre-sales economic quotations and proposals, showcasing a profound understanding of technical solutions and capabilities.
  • Exhibit interest in tackling new technological challenges and discovering innovative solutions as a regular aspect of pre-sales activities and team technological growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting solutions and representing technical aspects during meetings and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, understanding requirements, and ensuring solutions meet or exceed expectations, identifying business growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative, proactivity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Embrace an open-minded approach to handling challenges independently, along with robust decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, focusing on Digital Channels (Front-End, Mobile, Web Portals), with strong knowledge of Back-End architecture and integration.
  • Optional: Demonstrated Pre-Sales capabilities. Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions effectively.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading technical teams for at least 5 years.
  • Solid experience in creating project quotations and providing accurate timeline estimations.
  • Strong client interfacing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent presentation skills, expressing ideas and concepts clearly in client meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work outside of the comfort zone.
