VP Finance (Healthcare)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare company in Indonesia. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 years' experience in finance for the job of VP Finance. The job is based in Jakarta Indonesia. Key job responsibilities include: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency. Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax laws, and industry financial standards. Manage financial investments and funding strategies to support business expansion. Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive profitability. Optimize revenue cycle management, including billing, collections, and reimbursement processes. Lead internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors and regulatory agencies. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Strong understanding of healthcare financial management, reimbursement models, and insurance billing. 10+ years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management. Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and healthcare compliance standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
