Automation Manager - Nightshift (Cavite, Philippines) Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a prominent and established manufacturing company in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking for an Automation Manager that will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of automation systems to optimize manufacturing processes. The position will be working Rosario Cavite plant in a Nighthtshit schedule. Job Summary: The Automation Manager will be expected to collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, enhance equipment performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical expertise in automation technologies are essential for success in this role. Main responsibilities: Leads the Automation Team in meeting automation projects. Ensures the projects meet or exceed productivity targets Source Automation Companies that will support the automation initiatives Set up and lead the machine acceptance process of the Failure Analysis automation projects. Plan, Lead, Organize and implement automation projects on a timely manner. Qualifications: Mechanical or/and electrical integration PLC wire harnessing and programming Computer programming. Autocad / Solidworks drawing/design. Ability to read interpret schematic diagram and mechanical drawings. Technical report writing/ presentation. Must be a skilled automation manager with similar working experience in other company. With an 8-10 years relevant automation experience. Education Relevant to an Engineering Course
