Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for a Brand Manager role on behalf of a renowned food FMCG company. This role is responsible for brand building and generating demand through effective, strategic marketing planning and product development. Working setup is onsite in Pasig City.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Execution: develop marketing plans and brand strategy, handling all aspects (Advertising, PR, media) and Translates brand strategy into actionable marketing plans.
- Marketing Innovation: Applies innovative ideas to long-term planning and leads the innovation process, working with Global Marketing and local teams.
- Market, Customer & Competitor Insights: Manages consumer target development and consumer insights. Conducts surveys the field for opportunities and threats.
- Strategic & Operational Business/Market Planning: Leads in creating the business plan.
- Data Analysis, Interpretation, and Communication: Synthesizes data from various sources to provide holistic analysis and recommendations
- Performance and Program Metrics: Uses analytics to assess the performance of programs and marketing activities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management or any business - related course
- At least 4 years of working experience in Marketing is required
- Experience from FMCG industry is highly preferred
- Amenable to work onsite in Pasig City
