Executive search firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting on behalf of a healthcare company that commenced its operations in the Philippines in 2020. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing strategic partnerships to expand our footprint and drive revenue growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development establishing relationships, and driving the growth of our business The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, client engagement, negotiation agreements, and deal closures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the company's revenue growth by building strategic partnerships.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities, and identify potential partners aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Engage in effective communication to convey the value proposition of partnerships and collaboration with the company
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential partners, including industry leaders, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Sructure and finalize partnership agreements, addressing legal, financial, and operational considerations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain, marketing, legal, and operations, to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing international business development team and establish clear performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with various government bodies on initiating, negotiating, and setting up new dialysis centers, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and nephrologists.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Create a culture of competitive intelligence gathering on market trends and competitor activities

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • With at least 6-8 years of experience in Consulting or Business Development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong market knowledge and P&L understanding
  • Ability to connect, network, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of legal drafting (preparing & signing contracts)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Willingness to Travel to various provinces for client meetings and negotiations
