Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Prominent Private Hospital Provider. Our client is seeking for an Executive Director (non medical background) . This job will be based in Palangkaraya, Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure the hospital's financial health by managing costs, optimizing revenue streams, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Analyze financial data to make informed business decisions and improve profitability.
  • Optimize hospital operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve patient care.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop individual development plans for team members.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a robust commercial team.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's brand and attract new patients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, partners, and the community.
  • Oversee patient satisfaction initiatives to ensure high-quality patient experiences and positive outcomes.
  • Engage with the hospital's board of directors, providing regular updates on financial performance, strategic initiatives, and operational status.
  • Collaborate with medical and clinical leaders to align commercial strategies with patient care objectives.
  • Represent the hospital at industry conferences, networking events, and community engagements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency in a healthcare or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable business strategies.
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willing to be placed in Palangkaraya - Kalimantan
