Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing multinational FMCG client seeking a Supply Chain (Manufacturing) Finance Manager. This position will report directly to the Finance Director SEA, and will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

You will act as a key business partner, ensuring the alignment of manufacturing supply chain processes with the broader finance business goals. Additionally, you will be expected to travel to their manufacturing plants.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the supply chain function across multiple manufacturing plants but will be based in HQ
  • Collaborate closely with the SEA Finance Director and other regional stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of four analysts to drive operational excellence and supply chain efficiency.
  • Oversee and improve the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the supply chain team and other departments, including production, finance, and procurement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Influence and drive key stakeholders in making informed supply chain decisions that support business growth.
  • Provide leadership to the team, demonstrating maturity, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex relationships with regional and senior management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing and developing teams.
  • Prior experience in a business partner role within supply chain operations is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and manage relationships with regional stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel HQ-manufacturing plants.
