Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting for a logistic company. We are seeking a skilled Employee Relation Manager to join their team in Jakarta, Indonesia.
As an Employee Relation Manager, you will focus on creating and delivering people practices which develop and maintain positive working relationships between an organisation and its people. They also support and advise managers on difficult people issues and are experts in employment/labour law.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations Managers handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters.
- They investigate concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Designing and implementing HR initiatives that foster strong bonds between the organization and its workforce.
- Manages the employee contract signing process, including obtaining signatures and monitoring deadlines.
- Tracks employee absences and implements appropriate procedures. Monitors employee performance and provides feedback mechanisms.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Prior experience in employee relations, human resources, or a similar role is essential.
- Have experience in leading a team
- Strong Knowledge of Employment Law: Understanding employment laws, regulations, and best practices is crucial for navigating workplace disputes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in a same industry can be advantageous for the role.
- Able to do Business travelling, as required.
