Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global group of life sciences companies that provides a wide range of analytical testing solutions to clients across different industries.

Key job responsibilities:

Recruiting and people management

  • Setting local salary ranges, benefits, and addressing people management issues.
  • Conducting interviews, select the best IT talents and orchestrate the recruitment process end-to-end to align with internal demand.
  • Managing the entire offer process, overseeing onboarding, and maintaining employer branding.
  • Fostering a community among employees and managing direct and indirect reports.
  • Conducting satisfaction surveys, acting on feedback, and organizing team-building events.


Finance/ Administration/ Legal

  • Overseeing financial operations including approval of reports, invoices, and financial audits.
  • Managing cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds for operations, and handling financial discrepancies.
  • Representing legally the Delivery Center towards local authorities and handling the needed administration.
  • Overseeing legal compliance, liaising with external legal and accounting services, and managing employment-related paperwork.
  • Handling IT and office logistics including hardware inventory and office network connections.
  • Managing the Deliver Center Operations KPI's (Time to recruit, attrition, bench, Supply - Demand balance)


IT excellence

  • Implementing key IT engineering practices along with the IT Quality management system and corresponding processes (Agile, ITIL, Project Management).
  • Ensuring a well implemented IT Service Management (Design, Transition and Operations) to deliver off/ near-shore IT Operations.
  • Meeting the service targets (SLAs & KPIs), quality standards and customer requirements and establish a strong working relationship with various stakeholders.
  • Engaging with the organization's stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.


Strategic Initiatives

  • Leading strategic projects as directed by senior management.
  • Participating in leadership meetings and preparing reports on operations and activities.

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent People Management skills with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work with geographically separated teams is a must, planning, organization and management of the work.

  • Ability to manage complex and large projects.
  • Self-managed (self propelling) leadership style is highly preferred.
  • Good IT technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, balance sheets, financial reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Team and People management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes


Key job requirements:

  • Bachelors or master's degree in computer science, or Information Technology, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Industry certifications such as TOGAF, Azure/AWS, ITIL are a plus
  • 15-20 years of experience in leading and managing teams and integrating their results and executing strategic initiatives
  • Should have handled or lead the General Management topics such as Budget Management, Finance reporting, Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and other administrative support functions
  • Experience as leader in the area of IT Solutions Development (Software lifecycle management) in an Agile environment.
  • Proven expertise in software development & deployment, Infrastructure service delivery and Global IT operations.
  • Experience of setting, adhering to and achieving/exceeding SLAs.
  • Experience working in an international environment with teams and internal clients across the world.
  • English proficiency is essential as it will be the main language required by the successful candidate during work-related tasks and projects. Proficiency in other languages is highly appreciated.
