Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an international provider of Information Technology (IT) services, including consulting, technical, and outsourcing services. This role is based in Taguig City for a full onsite reporting to the Department Head.
About the Role:
Manage the planning, execution, and upkeep of our company's IT infrastructure and network systems as an IT Infrastructure and Network.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Works closely with RHQ IT and Infra team in compliance with HQ Infra policy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop IT infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals. Design scalable and secure infrastructure solutions to meet current and future needs.
- Manage the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks. Ensure network performance, availability, and security through monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee server deployment, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring. Ensure servers are secure, up-to-date, and performing optimally to support business operations.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from cyber threats and unauthorized access. Conduct regular security audits and enforce compliance with security policies and standards.
- Evaluate and select vendors for IT infrastructure and network solutions. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
- Develop and manage the IT infrastructure and network budget, including hardware, software, and services. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure spending aligns with business priorities.
- Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies. Generate reports on network performance, security incidents, and compliance status for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to support technology initiatives and projects. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
Key Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Proven solid experience 5-8 years in IT infrastructure and network management, with a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems.
- Hands-on experience with server administration, virtualization, storage systems, and cloud computing platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, security, and telecommunications technologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
