Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational SaaS (Supply Chain/Logistics) company looking for a Director of Sales (SEA) position, highly preferable from a SaaS and Logistics company background. The job is to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia with a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a sales strategy tailored for Southeast Asia, focusing on unique market traits.
  • Identify and leverage emerging trends and opportunities to boost revenue and market share.
  • Expand presence in current markets and explore new market entries in the region.
  • Lead sales team recruitment, training, and coaching to meet ambitious targets.
  • Establish clear sales goals and support systems for team success.
  • Develop precise sales forecasts and budgets based on regional analysis and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of sales leadership experience in the Logistic/Supply Chain SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS/TMS.
  • Would be a plus point if you have exposure to CPG industry, specifically in Southeast Asia.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth in the region.
  • Proficient in leadership and team management, capable of motivating multicultural teams (SEA region).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English.
  • Strategic thinker adept at crafting and executing sales strategies tailored for Southeast Asia.
  • Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required.
