Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in pumps and valves company. Our respected client is seeking an executive with at least 6 to 8 years' experience in doing sales and managing key account customers from the Water/Wastewater Industry. The job is based in Pasig City, Philippines.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • To identify and explore potential business within Philippines from customers in the Water/Waste Water related to project sales.
  • Develop and implement WWW Business Strategy to be monitored every month with clear measure and action plan for projects follow-up action.
  • Conduct Product presentation / training to client if needed.
  • Responsible for the internal staff training in product knowledge, / application for pumps as and when necessary.
  • To liaise with P&A and Manufacturing units within the group to improve communication and obtain full support in working out offers/ quotations with the best possible dates for all project tenders.
  • To provide updated project forecast lists during the management meeting or as and when require.
  • Also responsible for sales marketing for industries under his care.
  • To be in the market and that's nearer to the end-users or EPC contractors so as to understand our pricing and delivery competitiveness so that KSB can be successful in all projects' participation.
  • Handle key account customers such as Manila Water, Maynilad water, related EPC contractors etc. and strengthen the business relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Min. 6-8 years in relevant industry such as Manila water, Maynilad water and min. 3 years in Pumps & Valves Industry
  • Communication and presentation skills/ Written and spoken English
  • Able to build good rapport with customers, consultants and clients alike.
  • Negotiation skills with Customer / Supplier & Good Product and Application Knowledge will be added advantage
  • Ability to motivate & cooperate subordinates with support with their work related issues.
  • Needs to be a Team Player.
