Job Summary

Our respective client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Vice President who will lead the Philippines operations for the company. The primary purpose of the role is to lead and inspire the delivery of the Operations within the Philippines geography, including enabling local operational leaders, support teams, and supporting pre-sales activity.
This role requires the person to develop and implement business strategy for the Philippines region and to coordinate the overall corporate strategy with local operations, human resource management, finance, marketing, and administration.
The job is in Taguig City, Philippines, and an On-site working Arrangement.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve operational excellence within the country.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of our Philippines operations, including service delivery and client management
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and business partners
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and deliver greater value to our clients.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the BPO industry in the Philippines and APAC region, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel domestically/internationally, as required.
