Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a technology company. Our respected client is seeking for a Head of HR Operations Lead who will ensure smooth, efficient, and effective processes that support our organization's growth and foster a positive employee experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for onboarding process for new hires and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health maintenance organizations (HMOs), insurance, and government contributions and loans (e.g., SSS/PAG-IBIG loans), ensuring that all benefits are accurately managed and communicated.
  • Maintain payroll integrity by supervising payroll processing, manage the payroll system, address any issues, and ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
  • Ensure that employee records are accurate and current by updating the HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights that support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies to minimize the risk of legal disputes and maintain organizational compliance.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, fostering strategic growth and alignment.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience in HR Operations with leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll processing and payroll system management
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Results-driven with the ability to independently lead complex projects to achieve progress and quality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
