Executive recruitment consultants in Indonesia learn from sales legend

Consultants from executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia’s Consumer Goods Division were provided with an insider’s knowledge about recruiting and hiring the best sales executives in FMCG.

Indonesian sales legend Iwan Himawansah, who currently serves as Sales Director with skin-care company Beiersdorf Indonesia, visited the executive recruitment company’s offices in Jakarta for an information-sharing session that covered a wide range of topics, including recruitment, sales and human resources.

International award-winning Monroe Indonesia, which also operates Health, Industrial, Technology and Professional recruitment divisions, regularly holds sharing sessions with leading executives to ensure that recruitment consultants remain up-do-date with industry trends and developments.

Monroe Indonesia Assistant Country Manager Andreas Saputra, who heads the highly regarded Consumer Goods Division, said it was “super useful” for his team of recruitment consultants “to have real-life experiences interacting and gaining new knowledge from the best sources in the market.”
