This role will be assigned in BGC, Taguig. Key job responsibilities include: * Provide all stakeholders a clear view on market and company performance on the key performance indicators. * Operate as a partner to marketing, A&R (artists and repertoire), and finance functions to ensure that business decisions are data driven and impactful to the business. The role is responsible for the achievement of sales targets through the development of marketing strategies and annual marketing plans to be implemented by Field Force, ensures appropriate level of stock inventory and accountable for the responsible use of approved budget to support marketing and selling activities.The role is an individual contributor and will report to the Marketing Manager. Work setup is 3x a week onsite and 2x a week work from home.
