This job is based in Makati on rotating mid-shift schedule with 3x/week on-site schedule. Key Responsibilities: Act as a single point of contact for the supporting business applications as well as the back-end application that support these systems. Responsible for making sure that all business applications are running seamlessly and enabling users to get on with their tasks. Responsible for monitoring the application performance. Diagnose the incident and issue raised by users based on agreed SLA. Perform analyses on software functionality and suggest improvements. Perform analysis on root causes application errors. Provide permanent corrective actions. Document issue resolution for knowledge transfer as appropriate. Ensure effective front end and back-end functionality of business applications.
