Inventory Analyst

Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company that retails luxury jewelry Our respected client is looking for an Inventory Controller who will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Office is based in Makati City and work set up is Onsite. Key job responsibilities include: * Oversee inventory management, taxation, and finance closing and collaborate with local authorities and third-party partners. * Manage shipment documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs duties, for payments to overseas vendors. * Verify invoices and allocate charges to received inventory for accounts payable. * Troubleshoot and reconcile any errors or discrepancies in the Point of Sales system interface to SAP. * Conduct stock takes in Philippine stores and analyze stock discrepancies. * Coordinate shipping and transfers, including import/export clearances. * Optimize warehouse storage and dispose of unused items through regular housekeeping. Key job qualifications include: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Inventory Controlling, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry. * Familiarity with logistics documentation and importation processes. * Strong data management and reconciliation skills. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with different corporate functions and third parties. * Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. * Familiarity with SAP system. * Proficient in inventory management practices and processes. * Able to work in Ayala, Makati.
