Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national mining company with a core focus on mining contractor. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a GM Plant & Maintenance professional with at least 20 years' experience with a multinational company for the job of GM Plant & Maintenance. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate should have experience in aircraft tooling and must have solid experience in supply chain management. The role requires on-site work from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6:30 PM. Job Summary: The Supply Chain Director is to lead and optimize supply chain operations. This leadership role requires a proven track record in supply chain management, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic and competitive environment. The successful candidate will oversee procurement, logistics, distribution, and inventory management while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services across multiple business units. Key job responsibilities include: * Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and execute the company's supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, and tailored to the specific needs of the company.
