Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and oversee the entire Quote to Cash and Procure to Pay processes for Indonesia, managing everything from customer inquiries and sales order processing to final shipment delivery, including all operational activities and communications with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with local commercial, finance, legal, and regulatory teams, along with regional and global supply chain and customer service teams, to develop and enhance the supply chain and customer service infrastructure needed to execute the go-to-market strategy and achieve business objectives in Indonesia.
