Creative Director

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a pioneering global company that provides an avenue toward ease of financial security. Our distinguished client seeks a Creative Director to develop compelling stories and visually appealing content that will captivate and engage both their clients and their audiences. This role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, with an onsite work schedule from Monday to Saturday.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Arts and Videos

  • Arts and Videos Creation: Create and develop a compelling creative arts and videos aligned with the brand's goals and objectives.
  • Project Execution: Ensure the successful execution of creative projects, overseeing concept development, design, and production processes.
  • Quality Control: Implement and uphold quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, visually appealing creative work

Advertising and Promotion

  • Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive advertising and promotional strategies aligned with the organization's overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Concept /Campaign Development: Overseeing the creation of impactful advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Brand Management: Ensuring that all advertising and promotional activities are consistent with the organization's brand identity and values.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as product managers, sales and marketing, and mancom, to ensure alignment and support for advertising and promotional initiatives.
  • "Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring that all advertising and promotional activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of advertising and promotional campaigns, using data to optimize future strategies and tactics
  • Budget Management: Efficiently managing the advertising and promotional budget to maximize the impact of campaigns while ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Corporate Communication

  • Follower Growth: Monitoring the increase in the number of followers or subscribers across social media platforms, indicating the success of efforts to expand the organization's social media audience.
  • Engagement Metrics: Tracking metrics such as likes, shares, comments, retweets, and other forms of engagement to measure the level of interaction and interest generated by social media content.
  • Reach and Impressions: Measuring the total number of unique users who have seen the organization's social media content, as well as the total number of times the content has been displayed.
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR): Assessing the percentage of users who click on a link, ad, or call-to-action within social media posts, indicating the effectiveness of content in driving traffic.
  • Conversion Rate: Tracking the percentage of social media users who take a desired action, such as making a purchase, signing up for a newsletter, or filling out a form, after engaging with social media content.
  • Customer Sentiment Analysis: Using social listening tools to gauge the overall sentiment of social media conversations related to the organization, identifying positive, neutral, and negative sentiments.
  • Response Time: Measuring the average time it takes to respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media, ensuring timely and effective community management.
  • Share of Voice: Comparing the organization's social media presence and engagement with that of competitors, providing insight into the organization's position within the industry's social media landscape
  • Content Performance: Evaluating the performance of individual pieces of content, including video views, blog post shares, and other relevant metrics to understand what type of content resonates with the audience.
  • Return on Investment (ROI): Assessing the financial impact of social media activities, such as the cost per acquisition, cost per click, or revenue generated from social media campaigns.

Operational Efficiency

  • Provide effective leadership to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Efficiently manage creative budgets, allocating resources effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to integrate creative strategies into overall business objectives
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of creative initiatives.


Key Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Arts and Communication
  • At least with 5 years experience in the same capacity
  • Committed & Timebound: Must be able to work extended hours, often with short notice, to meet deadlines.
  • Determined & Goal-oriented: Demonstrate ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of high-quality material with attention to detail.
