Executive Assistant - Financial Research and Analysis


Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading fashion and retail company. Our respected client is seeking Executive Assistant - Financial Research and Analysis. This role will be assigned in Makati, Philippines on a hybrid setup.

About the Role:
The Executive Assistant will support the Executive Director in all aspects, acting as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves liaison duties with the board of directors and senior management, coordinating outreach and external relations, and managing special projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a mission-driven, entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating strong judgement, communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support:
    • Manage an active calendar, arrange complex travel plans, and handle confidential correspondence.
    • Coordinate the Executive Director's schedule and act as a gatekeeper.
    • Communicate on behalf of the Executive Director with various stakeholders.
    • Research and follow up on sensitive issues, determining the appropriate response.
    • Ensure smooth communication between the Executive Director's office and internal departments.
    • Keep the Executive Director informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
    • Manage special projects and build relationships critical to organizational success.
    • Draft letters and personal correspondence to facilitate the Executive Director's leadership.
    • Prioritize conflicting needs and ensure projects are completed on time.
  2. Executive Office Reports:
    • Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reports, departmental KPI reports, and other necessary documents.
    • Update the Executive Report monthly.
    • Create and update reports for company management.
  3. Executive Committee Projects and Activities Support:
    • Create and update the annual corporate calendar.
    • Develop project proposals for special projects under the Executive Director's office.
  4. Officer Responsibilities:
    • Plan and forecast needs, prepare plans and budgets, and develop policies.
    • Maintain coordination through regular interaction among employees.
    • Develop high-performing employees and support vision and core values through training and communication.
    • Set performance goals and standards, measure performance, and determine performance plans.

Qualifications:

  • Business Course or BSA is a plus.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and business reports.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
