Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global semiconductor company specializing in wireless communication technology that powers the Internet of Things (IoT). Our highly respected client is seeking a Full Stack Developer. The job is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines and offers a Hybrid work arrangement.
Job Summary
As for the role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continued optimization of the company's IT systems that serve Supply Chain and Customer Service processes.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Development and customization of solutions within the latest version of IFS Cloud to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and end-users to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage user administration, security management, and workflow configuration
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing, as well as assist with user acceptance testing
- Provide guidance, technical expertise, and support to end-users, IT teams, and business and project stakeholders working with IFS Cloud
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle of IFS Cloud solutions, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance, and ensure adherence to the company's framework of secure development and procedures
- Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations within IFS Cloud for future reference and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency within IFS Cloud development projects
Key Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of client and server-side JavaScript programming, including full-stack development experience for web applications, tools, and frameworks including Node.js, TypeScript, Vue, NestJS, React, Angular, and Git
- In-depth understanding of Supply Chain processes
- Proficient understanding of relational database design (MSSQL)
- Strong competence within the IFS or other ERP systems is preferred
- Proficient understanding of cloud development, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing Services such as Microsoft Azure is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and documentation skills
- Background knowledge of Agile methodology and experience with Scrum and/or Kanban
- Background knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing process is a plus
- Background with Jira or similar ticketing systems
