Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is currently hiring for an HRIS Specialist on behalf of our esteemed food manufacturing client.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Systems Administration
- Maintain the HRIS for smooth daily operations, ensuring data accuracy and on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance.
- Serve as a superuser proficient in query and report generation.
- Provide preliminary technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues.
- Evaluate and monitor system performance, ensuring updates with the latest features.
- Support data entry and payroll verification processes.
2. HRIS Project Management
- Lead HRIS projects, including system implementation and upgrades.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with project teams, cross-functional teams, HQ, vendors, and end users regarding system enhancements, issues, and queries.
- Oversee implementation, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and error log analysis.
3. Documentation and Training
- Develop, document, and maintain all system process workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance with data integrity, security, and privacy requirements.
- Recommend and implement effective processes or system improvements to enhance HR management efficiency.
- Provide system training and support to users.
4. Audit Support
- Assist in external and internal audits related to Human Resources functions.
5. HR Project Support
- Support various HR projects as assigned by the line manager.
6. Organizational Participation
- Participate in and take the initiative with the Sports & Recreation Club, Volunteer Team, and Safety Committee, as appropriate.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR generalist, with strong experience in HRIS and payroll processes.
- Familiarity with HR processes and workflows.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Core HR, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance, and Workforce Planning modules.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking and payroll systems, as well as time & attendance systems.
Requirements & Skills:

- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong project management skills.
