Due to the company's expansion to EMEA and Manila, our respected client is currently looking for a professional who has experience for the job of Licensing Operations Specialist. The job is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, that offers a WFH (Hybrid Setup) arrangement with night shift work hours and devices/equipment will be provided.
This is a Licensing Operation Specialist post. You will get a detailed understanding of Microsoft licensing programs and products in this position. There will be training offered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gain an understanding of Microsoft volume licensing contracts
- Support clients by providing quotes, contract details, and licensing help
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of Microsoft contracts
- Participate in the onboarding of new clients into company system
- Manage client contract document library
- Provide Microsoft License Statements
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Amenable to work on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule
- Ability to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives.
- Strong written and verbal English communications skills
- Ability to create accurate work items
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work as part of a team and within a team inbox in an organized and efficient manner
- Able to autonomously manage responsibilities in a timely manner
- Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
- Strong working knowledge of business math for pricing and reporting
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Teams
