Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for a Product Development Officer role on behalf of a renowned beauty and personal care company. This role will report to the R&D Manager and will be responsible for timely development of new products, from the time of conceptualization to product launch. The role offers hybrid working setup and office is in Makati City.
Key Responsibilities:
- The role involves developing safe, innovative, and cost-effective products while guaranteeing the quality and safety of raw and packaging materials in all formulations, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.
- This includes engineering technology transfers from pilot to production scale to establish validated manufacturing processes and formulating new production processes or stages when needed.
- Additionally, the position entails overseeing production bulk recovery and troubleshooting to maintain operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Product Development and/or Manufacturing
- Has work experience in the personal care/cosmetics industry
- Graduate of BS Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Food Technology or other related course
- Strong experience in Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) standard course is required
- Willing to work in Makati City for onsite requirements
