Program Manager

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious business school and research institution. Our highly respected client is seeking a Program Manager who is well-versed in overseeing operations of a particular program. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines.

Job summary:

The Program Manager manages and ensures the smooth operations of the of the different SEELL Programs. The Program Manager manages program strategy, project delegation and program implementation in accordance to program standards of the Asian Institute of Management. He/ she also develops curriculum of SEELL courses in close coordination with Program Directors and aligned to AOL standards and policies.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Cultivates good working relationship with all stakeholders, most especially the students and faculty. Ensures that the needs and concerns of both faculty and students are provided and properly addressed.
  • Ensures that SEELL Courses in various concentrations and disciplines are aligned to AOL standards
  • Plans and monitors proper allocation of resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery of critical program activities. Recommends and implements cost-effective solutions to address program and budgetary requirements
  • Ensures continuous improvement of SEELL programs, and program processes to align them with the FT Ranking requirements.
  • Promotes the AIM brand and sets an example for employees to embrace a culture of excellence, continuous learning and growth mindset that propels individual and team success.

Key job requirements include:

  • Education: Master's Degree aligned to the Program is highly preferred. MBA or any Business Management related degree.
  • Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Program Management and Program Design in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Business Understanding: Program Management, Program/ Curriculum Design
  • Technical Skills: Curriculum mapping and design, Knowledge in any SIS system (preferred), Intermediate and Advance Skills in Microsoft Office, Events Management
  • Behavioral Skills: Excellent communication skills, excellent time management and organization, Results-focused, Good team player, Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines, Attention to details
