This bank is looking for an experienced UAT Manager who oversees user acceptance testing processes to ensure software meets business requirements in the banking sector. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines and offers an Onsite work arrangement.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for corporate banking systems and applications, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Develop comprehensive UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand user requirements, business processes, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with development teams and business analysts to clarify requirements, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Execute UAT test cases manually, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional areas and business scenarios.
- Document test results, defects, and issues in a clear and concise manner, and track resolution through to closure.
- Provide regular updates on UAT progress, test coverage, and defect status to project stakeholders and management.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Continuously improve the UAT process by identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and quality enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in corporate banking and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with end users/business stakeholders to perform business sanity
Key Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in design of detailed test plans, and creation and execution of test scripts
- Cycle principles, Software Development Life Cycle principles and Quality Assurance methodologies and best practices
- Preferably has worked in a local or international banking industries
